Our Goal with all dogs is to provide such a happy, safe and interesting stay that they are keen to come back time and again
The daily routine is full of interaction with people and activities to ensure lots of variety in the day. Our lovely spacious kennels have been built to provide an enjoyable, safe, and comfortable holiday for your loved pet.
We will provide a complimentary relaxing hydrobath for your dog for stays of two weeks or more. If you want us to wash your dog, we also provide the hydrobath services for a reasonable fee. We are only too happy to give any medications or special foods provided by you. The administering of medication may be subject to a small surcharge.
Accommodation
We have sectioned the large, insulated building into separate areas for larger dogs and smaller dogs. Each run has an inside area and an outside area, with a door between these sections that are closed at night so that your dog will sleep inside in a cosy and secure environment.
Both little-dog wings are equipped with slow combustion heaters which are lit during the colder months to keep the dogs warm and cosy. Each gallery is equipped with speakers to provide piped music all day.
Meals
Your dog will be fed a nutritious diet that includes a quality kibble plus freshly cooked mince, rice, and vegetables. You are welcome to bring your dog’s own food if you prefer. Please ensure you label and pre-package any supplied meals. A small surcharge for supplied food may apply.
Medical
Vaccinations are vital and we are unable to accept any pet without sighting a current vaccination certificate. The vaccination certificate must verify a vaccination to at least to Canine C5 level vaccination in the past twelve months. We also require that you have your pets on a regular treatment program for fleas and ticks.
Please remember to notify us of any important medical or dietary information we may need to know. All medication must be clearly labeled. A surcharge of $6.50 per administration for medication applies.

Accommodation Pricing
- Low Season Rate: any dates that do not fall during Standard and Christmas periods
- Standard Rate: accommodation during any school holiday, public holiday and long weekend period, including any days deemed in demand
- Christmas Rate: One month between December and January covering Christmas and New Year’s Day (date changes yearly subject to government school holidays)
- Private Rate: non-shared accommodation
- Aged Care Fee: dogs aged 11+ (admittance at resort discretion – in your pet’s best interest)
